We specify that we are not in possession of data defined by the aforementioned decree as “sensitive” (special categories of data), i.e., data capable of revealing health status, trade union membership, religious or philosophical beliefs, or political opinions.

Data processing will be carried out using tools suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality and may also be performed through automated tools designed to store, manage, and transmit the data itself.

The data in question is disclosed by our company to our potential sales, assistance, and/or distribution network (distributors, managers, etc.), or for after-sales services. Furthermore, data may be transferred to our consultants and commercial partners only regarding the execution of individual signed contracts.

In general, third-party providers and consultants who collaborate with us collect, use, and disclose your information only to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services provided.

Data is processed at our operating offices and in any other place where the third parties, collaborators, and commercial partners involved in the processing are located. Your Personal Data could be transferred to a country other than the one in which you reside, with the right to obtain information regarding the legal basis for the transfer of Data outside the European Union or to an international organization of public international law (such as the UN), as well as regarding the security measures adopted by the Controller to protect the Data.

Your data may also be disclosed, following inspections or requests, to the Financial Administration and to bodies responsible for checks and controls regarding the regular fulfillment of civil/tax obligations.

Given the existing commercial relationships, your data will be stored and processed by us until you provide instructions to the contrary.

We highlight that the processing of data referred to in point 1) above is mandatory and essential for the execution of legal obligations and/or your use of our services and the regular fulfillment of contractual commitments, as well as for the exact fulfillment of civil and tax obligations provided for by current legislation. Such data will be processed regardless of your consent, pursuant to Article 6, par. 1, lett. b) of the GDPR.

The processing referred to in point 2) is optional; therefore, in the event of your refusal, there will be no consequences other than our inability to ensure you are informed about innovations made to our products and/or services.

This notice replaces and integrates any previous information provided.
