Below you will find some rules and guidelines to ensure that your stay at Vineho goes as smoothly as possible.

Inside the apartment, you will find a capsule coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. The first 4 pods are offered by Vineho; if you would like more, please ask us at a cost of €0.80 each.

Breakfast: Breakfast will be served in our Belvedere room, by the pool, from 8:30 to 10:30. If you prefer, upon request, you can receive it directly in your room at a time agreed with the reception.
Please let us know if you have any special needs or intolerances, and we will be happy to accommodate you. If you need to leave before breakfast starts, we will be happy to prepare our breakfast box for you in advance.

Vineho has a common laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, and an ice machine, always open to our guests.

Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00; check-out is by 10:00.
Late check-out after 10:00 may be available if your apartment does not need to be occupied by other guests on the same day and is subject to a surcharge of €100 for each occupied apartment. In this case, you can still use the pool and the apartment until 23:00.​

Pool: The pool can be used freely by our guests from 7:30 to 19:30. You will find the pool rules clearly displayed on site.

Furthermore, inside the facility, you will find all bed and bath linens, and in front of the reception, the pool/SPA towels.

Apartment cleaning: The apartment will be tidied up every day; after the third night, cleaning and linen change are included in the rate.

For those interested in a daily change of bath linens, it is available upon request at the price of €10 per person.
If, however, you are not interested in the daily tidying up, please leave the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door handle.

Tourist tax: €2.50 per person per night, to be paid directly at check-out for those who have not yet paid it with their reservation.

Waste collection rules: To help us sort waste in the best possible way, we ask you to correctly use the recycling bins provided inside each apartment. As for glass, please dispose of it in the appropriate bin on the ground floor near the parking lots.

Extra Services:

Relaxation Journey – our wellness area with a relaxation zone, herbal teas, and fruit, is open every day from 10:00 to 19:00; you can use it with advance booking, for 2 hours at the price of €40 per person.​​​

In-room/relaxation area massage – upon reservation, different types of 60-minute massages: €120 per person.

Show Cooking – upon advance reservation, accompanied by our Pasta Specialist, you will learn how to “roll out” fresh egg pasta at the price of €100 per person.​

E-Bike – upon reservation €50 per person for the full day; furthermore, upon advance request, you can use the services of a cycling tour guide.​

Bike-picnic – with a 24-hour advance reservation, you can get on one of our bikes and go discover the wonderful hills up to a panoramic viewpoint, where a lunch box will be delivered directly to you, at the price of €90 each, containing this menu:

• sandwich with porchetta, bagnetto verde (traditional green sauce), and mozzarella;

• artisanal dried focaccia;

• homemade energy bar;

• selection of dried fruit.

Vespa Tour – upon reservation €100 per person for the full day; furthermore, upon request, you can use the services of a guide.

Hot Air Balloon Flights – you can book via the link found below or at the reception.

Truffle Hunting – upon reservation with expert “trifulau” (truffle hunters): €120 per person.

Shuttle Services – upon request at the reception.

Yoga lesson – upon reservation, individual lesson at the price of €50.
