Below you will find some rules and guidelines to ensure you could enjoy your stay in Vineho.

Inside the flat you will find a coffee machine with pods, kettle for hot water and toaster.
Breakfast: it will be served in our Belvedere room by the pool with the following timetable: 8.30 a.m. - 10.30 a.m. If you prefer, on request, you can receive it directly in your room at the time arranged with reception.
Please let us know if you have any special requirements or intolerances, we will be happy to please you.

Vineho has a shared laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and ice machine. It is open to our guests from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
​
Check-in time is from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.; check-out by 10 a.m. Check-out after 10 a.m. may be available in case your flat is not rented the same day by other guests and is subject to a surcharge of 50 Euro, per flat. In this case you can still use the swimming pool and the flat until 7 p.m..
​
Swimming pool: the pool can be used by our guests from 8 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. You will find the pool rules clearly visible on site.
In addition, you will find all bed and bath linen and a pool towel/SPA.
​
Flats’ cleaning: every day there will be a tidying up of the flat, after the third night we provide cleaning and linen change included in the rate. A daily change of towels is possible on request at the price of €10 per person. If you are not interested in daily tidying up, please leave a DO NOT DISTURB card on the door handle.
​
Tourtist tax: 2,50€ per person per overnight stay, to be paid directly at check-out for guests who have not yet paid it with their reservation.
​
Rules for waste collection: to help us sort waste in the best possible way, we ask you to properly use the waste bins provided inside each flat. As far as glass is concerned, it should be disposed of in the special wheelie bin on the ground floor near the car parks.
​
Extra Services:
Relaxation course - our wellness area with relaxation zone, herb teas and fruit is open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; you can use it by advance reservation for 2 hours at a price of 40 Euro per person.
​
Wellness programme for 2 persons: three hours in our wellness area, with a one- hour massage per person (or couple, depending on availability), a bottle of Alta Langa wine and roasted hazelnuts at the cost of 350 Euro.
​
In-room massage/relaxation area - by reservation different types of massages with duration 60 minutes: 120€ per person
​
Show Cooking – by advance booking, you will learn how to “roll” egg pasta with our Pasta Specialist at the price of 100 Euro per person.
​
E- Bike – by prior arrangement, 50 Euro per person for the whole day, In addition, on advance request, you can also avail yourself of a bicycle tour guide.
